Dieldra Square
PRESIDENT
Dieldra has been a member of the Baton Rouge AIDS Society Board of Directors since 2016.  She currently serves as the agency's board secretary.  She is an African American female over the age of 50 who celebrates her birthday in April.  She is a resident of Slidell and is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana.  She is now retired and continues to work with the agency in the areas of Public Relations, Grant Writing/Fund Developent, Women Issues, and Religious Community Mobilization.  She is a member of St. Agustine Church in New Orleans and has extensive experience working with churches and outreach programs.

Millicent Foster
BOARD MEMBER 

 
Millicent has been a member of the Baton Rouge AIDS Society Board of Directors since 2017.  Millicent celebrates her birthday in July and is an African American Female over the age of 50.  She has continued to serve as an advocate and several NMAC Programs which include: BLOC, Elevate, Escalate, Common Threads.  She is also the Co-Chair of PWN-USA-LA Chapter.  She strives to strengthen the agency's communication within the community and attends all programs sponsored by the agency.  Her area of expertise is Ethnic/Minority Groups and HIV/AIDS Services.

Donna Newman
Board Member
Donna has been a member of the Baton Rouge AIDS Society Board of Directors since 2020.  She came on board at the begining of COVD and has assisted the agency with developing strategies to approach the community during this trying time.  She is an African Amercan Female under the age of 50 who celebrates her birthday in January.  She is a math instructor at Southern University and holds two leadership positions in social outlets within the Baton Rouge area.  She is responsible for the recruitment and retention of community partners and stakeholders.  She continues to work cloesly with Public Relations, Minority Groups and Media / Communications.

Malcolm Johnson
TREASURE/SECRETARY
Malcolm has been a member of the Baton Rouge AIDS Society Board of Directors since 2018.  He is a resident of Baton Rouge and lives in East Baton Rouge.  He celebrates his birthday in June and is an African American male over the age of 50.  He is currently employed by Tulane University and is married with one son.

Tori Hatter-Smith
BOARD MEMBER
Tori H. Smith is a qualified professional counselor in the mental health and substance abuse fields.  She is a mentor, coach, and published author of three books.  She has her bachelor's degree from Southern University in Speech Pathology & Audiology.  Additionally, Tori obtained her master's degree in human services with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.  As a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Upon graduation, Tori chose to follow her passion and work with those who suffer from the disease of addiction and mental health.  She bagan her own private practice EBS Counseling in the state of Georgia and had tremendous success with working in the field of addition.  AFter over a decate in private practice, Tori felt the need to return to her home state of Louisiana to cintinue with her life passion.  In 202o, she answered the call to trave across the country to Portland, Oregon in aid of the need for Black/African American therapist in working with the houseless, addiction, and mental health populations.  Tori continues to provide direct and indirect services in prevention, treatment , counseling and supervision.

Ryan J. Beaulieu, Esq. 
BOARD MEMBER
Ryan J. Beauliew is a seasoned attorney with eight years of legal experience, demonstrating a commitment to both community advocacy and complex litigation.  Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2012 and graduated with hoors from Southern University Law Center in 2021.  He leads a dynamic practice dedicated to civil litigation, criminal law advocacy, and civil rights litigation, criminal law advocacy, and civil rights litigation.  His firm also focuses on representing local businesses, striving to safeguard their rights and interest against corporate entities.
